Dunford Barn is a beautiful Grade II listed barn conversion, dating back to the 17th Century. It has recently been lovingly renovated to an excellent standard in 2018. Whilst keeping the charming features of the past, the owners have created a spacious living area perfect for a Cotswold getaway with a hot tub, a few miles from Burford. It is not only exceptionally unique with wonderful details in every corner, it also has every modern luxury necessary to feel more than comfortable.
The space
Entrance to the beautiful property is via the oak front door (road facing), leading to the flag stone hallway.
Ahead you will find the Living Room with stunning stone mullioned windows, which allows the light to flood in and provides scenic views of the gardens. With plenty of comfortable seating, a stone fireplace with new woodburner, and TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, it is the perfect place to relax.
There is also a further Snug reception room with French doors leading out onto the garden. With table football, TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, children's toys and further seating, it's a great additional living space.
To the left of the Living Room is a downstairs Loo.
The Kitchen/Diner has a new Electric Hotpoint hob, electric Neff oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking for friends and family a breeze! There is seating for 8-11 guests around the wooden dining table.
To the right of the Kitchen you will find the large Utility Room with a huge American fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is plenty of space to leave muddy boots and hang up coats. There is also a back door with access to the garden.

Sage Green Room (Bedroom 2): Super King bed (can be made in to a twin, with separate 3rd trundle bed if required), bed side tables, hanging space for clothes. Please note there are two steps down in to the bedroom and the door to the patio will be locked for safety.
Sky Blue Room (Bedroom 3): Super King bed (can be made in to a twin, with separate 3rd trundle bed if required), bed side tables, chest of drawers and hanging space for clothes. Pretty views over the gardens.
Yellow Room (Bedroom 4): King bed (can be made in to a twin), bed side tables, plenty of shelf storage and hanging space. Pretty views over the gardens.
Two family bathrooms, one with bath and shower attachment, and one with a large enclosed walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have a heated towel rail, sink, loo and tiled floors.
The property boasts an enclosed walled garden enjoying a south-westerly aspect with access to Station Road. It comprises a patio with a large table, chairs and BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing with a glass of wine. There is also a lawn area and most importantly, a hot tub!
There is plenty of parking on the lane outside the front door and garden gate.
